HR Program Manager role is a member of the NA Consumer HR leadership team, providing centralized PM support to HR teams supporting the NA Consumer (NAC) organization.
The NAC organization is comprised of a diverse portfolio of businesses, spanning Retail, B2B and Healthcare and includes employees globally in field, corporate and tech roles.

HR Program Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that is critical in executing our project initiatives and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all Rhythm of the Business (ROB) activities for the team, including annual goal setting and monthly tracking, strategic planning sessions, cyclical reporting (monthly and quarterly business reviews) and other recurring meetings such as all hands and staff meetings.
In addition, you will manage a variety of HR projects, with specific focus on creating efficiencies to reduce duplication of effort across HR programs, automating/leveraging data and insights for scale, and solving big problems that affect the employee experience.
This role has a continuous improvement charter, which includes responsibility for improvements to processes, programs and projects, and for representing the interests of NAC HRBPs and influencing change with central teams (such as Global Talent Management, HR Support, and Product Managers of HR-facing tools).
This role offers exceptional leadership visibility and the opportunity to influence team strategy and execution as the incumbent is expected to organize and partner with HR leadership in the development of short and long term strategic plans.
While program management experience in the HR space is preferred, you will definitely have both a passion for, and a track record of driving process improvements, balancing competing priorities and thinking creatively to solve complex problems with innovative ideas and through technology.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
