Job summaryThe Amazon Software Builder Experience team is looking for a dynamic, mission-driven Inclusive Experience leader to support the newly created team.
Our organization's mission is to make Amazon the best place for software builders to build, which includes both building solutions for customers as well as building their own careers.
Our customers are all software developers at Amazon across all divisions of the company, and we recognize that our efforts have an outsized impact on the productivity, morale, and retention for Amazon builders across the world.
To enable rapid innovation, this new organization will bring together the tools that Amazon builders use to build, deploy, operate, manage work, share knowledge and develop their skills.
We deliver analytics to help software teams understand how their builders' experience stacks up against peers and opportunities to improve.
We host events and conferences for Amazon builders to meet up and grow their skills, including our annual internal developer conference (DevCon) as well as our new internal Women in Tech conference.
We are seeking an experienced Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Product Manager to inform the overall strategy of the Builder Experience team to develop tools and processes that are rooted in equity and inclusion from the ground up.
This individual will also work closely with the research teams to create inclusive survey and pulse-check tools, ensuring the data collected on our builder's experience is robust.
This individual will act as a thought leader in equity and inclusion for the team, both for the products and events we make available to all Amazon builders, as well as looking at inclusiveness in our own team.
Successful applicants will have experience in diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in a technical setting.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
