The team is creating a portfolio of products serving both at-home and away-from-home eating occasions, and is looking for an individual with strong business acumen to join our team.
The Consumer Insights Manager will develop and support best-in-class research methodologies to answer important business questions.
This person will influence cross-functional peers, internal leaders and external stakeholders, and provide recommendations on how to best serve our customers and grow the business in meaningful ways.
The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with high attention to detail -- someone who thinks big, but is also willing to get their hands dirty in all phases of project management and execution.

We seek somebody with the ability to take advantage of our internal capabilities while bringing in outside insight expertise.
Responsibilities Include:
Work in lock step with product managers, product developers, and merchandising managers, acting as a strategic thought-leader and voice of the customer.
Develop and execute an annual learning plan in support of new product development across customer segments, eating occasions and Amazon channels.
This includes identifying and prioritizing learning needs, designing questionnaires and discussion guides, interpreting data, writing reports, and communicating actionable recommendations across all levels of the organization.
Initiate innovative research techniques and methodologies to aid whitespace identification.
You will help the team see around corners and identify areas where we can better serve customers' needs.
Develop research programs that correspond with product development stage gate processes, bringing our customers' needs and perceptions into the decision-making process.
This person will collaborate with peers from Amazon channels and private label brands, partnering to build best practices and new capabilities that can scale and reapply in other areas of the organization.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
