Job Description:
Overview This is your opportunity to shape the future state of the Voluntary market at The Standard! As a Voluntary Practice Lead you will develop and deploy strategies to grow and retain Voluntary sales in all size markets.
We are searching for a true subject matter expert, and a natural collaborator, who's ready to be an expert resource for our internal sales team.
Responsibilities Develop and execute a Voluntary sales strategy focusing on relationships that influence sales growth and/or enrollment.
These relationships will include both internal and external partners.
Be the subject matter expert for our internal sales team and external partners.
Drive business growth in the Voluntary market through expert product, enrollment and systems knowledge.
Support and train the internal sales team, arming them with the knowledge to support growth goals in the Voluntary market.
Create consistent presentation content to be utilized in the field.
Have a thorough understanding of our competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and keep up to date on emerging capabilities.
Use data to inform appropriate changes that will drive strong and consistent results by tracking past, current, and future opportunities.
Attend specific industry conferences where we can influence consultants and new customers.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field 4+ years of progressively responsible work experience in Voluntary sales including: selling/enrolling critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity products.
Experience working with Benefit Administration platforms and technology associated with enrolling worksite products Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Professional certification required: Agent License for Life and Health Insurance; FLMI or CEBS preferred Standard Insurance Company, The Standard Life Insurance Company of New York, Standard Retirement Services, Inc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
