Restoring lighting system performance
Energy efficient lighting upgrades:
A comprehensive array of the most energy efficient lighting products in the world
Audit and survey capabilities
End-to-end project management
Utility rebate optimization and facilitation
Lighting control system design, installation and commissioning
This strong project base will facilitate SLS' expansion into the strongly growing market of value-added services, such as project financing and performance contracting. Together with OSRAM's recent acquisitions, Encelium and solution specialist Traxon, SLS is an integral part for OSRAM's goal as a leading integrated lighting company.
This Senior Sales position will sell energy efficient lighting upgrade and energy solutions to existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate will be a proven performer with experience in project based major account sales and sales management in business-to-business environments. Experience in identifying and qualifying opportunities for energy savings projects in vertical markets. Proactive and creative sales professional with proven track record to plan and execute negotiations and close contracts. Ability to grasp new business models, advanced technologies, and ideas rapidly to make immediate impact. Combines solid business sense, integrity, and communications to build strong relationships. This person will seek new opportunities to engage new customers in understanding the value of our integrated services and solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close sales through forecasting, account planning and opportunity management
Use a "solutions" based selling approach.
Create and demonstrate financial value for customers
Reach and exceed established quarterly and annual sales targets
Sell the full spectrum of SLS portfolio incl. energy Efficiency Lighting upgrade projects and new value-added-services
such as performance contracting, project financing
Sell at all levels of the organization but particularly the "C" suite
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of OSI products and services
Develop and sustain competitive knowledge on industry channels
The ability to clearly demonstrate clear financial value "ROI" to customers
Must be a true "hunter" for new accounts
8 years of proven experience with "solution" selling at the C-level.
Experience in identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities for energy savings projects in specific vertical markets
Team player with experience as an effective member of an integrated team
Ability to manage and drive sales with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and resourceful personality
Travel requirement: Significant travel required both local and overnight
Technical knowledge: Lighting and building systems preferred
Education: Bachelor's

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
